JUNOZEST only sells products of excellent quality.

JUNOZEST is the official dealer of all products and brands on this site and guarantees that every item on sale is authentic.

The products sold and the manufacturer brands are, therefore, carefully selected for their rigorous quality control standards.

JUNOZEST, on this site, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase only items already available in stock. The Customer does not order any items that are not already available. Therefore, the order containing an article that has in the meantime, even for a mere error, not available, is to be considered null and void.

All orders are subject to verification of availability and acceptance. The products included in your cart are not intended as booked and therefore, until you complete the order, can be purchased by other customers.

The receipt by JUNOZEST of the order, transmitted by the Customer by electronic transmission, determines the conclusion of the contract. With the conclusion of the contract, JUNOZEST undertakes to provide the customer with the products ordered, under the terms and conditions set forth in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders against parties that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that they do not fall into the above-mentioned category of the “final consumer” or if, for any reason, the product ordered is not available for sale.

By sending the order, the Customer accepts unconditionally and undertakes to comply with all the provisions contained in these Conditions in relations with JUNOZEST.

The submission of the order, therefore, implies the full knowledge and the total and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these Conditions, as well as the additional information contained in the web pages of the site referred to herein and / or linked via links.

1. PAYMENT INFORMATION

1.1 Forms of Payment

The purchased item must be paid together with the closing of the purchase transaction by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Diners, JCB), Bank Transfer.

Credit card

We remind our new customers that the first order must necessarily receive a check from the bank that issued the credit card used for payment. Our bank will then contact your bank so that your details are confirmed before you can proceed with the shipment. For the safety of our Clients, orders placed for the first time could be delivered exclusively to the address of the cardholder or to a company address that will be verified independently.

This verification could result in a delay of a few days in the shipment of the first order. By purchasing on this website, the customer’s financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, personal data) will be sent directly to the bank in charge of the payment transaction using an encrypted protocol.

JUNOZEST, or other subjects, will never have access to it.

To avoid delays in the order, you must ensure that the billing address is the same as the current account of the card and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. The amount of the order will be charged to the customer’s credit card only when the package is ready for shipment.

In case of payments made by American Express credit card, JUNOZEST will proceed to the order processing only and exclusively if the holder (name, surname, address) of the credit card coincides with the data (name, surname, address) of header and shipping of the order. The order can only be sent to the same address as the card holder. The verification is carried out directly at the American Express circuit. In case of non-coincident data, the order and the related transaction will be canceled.

Wire transfer

JUNOZEST accepts bank transfer as an alternative payment method. We will inform you of our bank details during the online purchase, by e-mail. Payment must be made within 2 (two) working days from the order date.

We remind our Customers that use this payment method that, after 2 (two) working days, if the bank has not reached our bank account, JUNOZEST reserves the right to cancel the order. All bank charges and commissions are charged to the customer. JUNOZEST reserves the right to request the integration of the payment if the amount booked does not correspond with the final amount of the order. We will ship your order when the wire transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.

2. INFORMATION ON VAT EXEMPTION AND IMPORT TAXES

2.1 Price reserved for Customers resident in Italy and in EU countries

The prices of the products that are published on the JUNOZEST website reflect the actual sale price of the goods and include VAT.

2.2 Price reserved for Customers residing in non-EU countries

The prices of products that reflect the actual TAX FREE sales price reserved exclusively for Customers residing outside the European Union are also published on the JUNOZEST website. The order total will be automatically calculated online, subtracting the Value Added Tax and the final invoice will reflect the VAT exemption.

2.3 Import taxes

Shipments destined outside the European Community are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import taxes (DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid) based on the internal regulations of each State.

The payment of these import taxes (DDU) is the exclusive responsibility and responsibility of the final Customer.

The prices of the products published on the JUNOZEST website reflect the actual selling price of the goods that does not include import taxes (based on the internal regulation of each State). The payment of these taxes is necessary to dispense the order from customs duties.

In order to know exact delivery fees and charges, it is advisable to contact the nearest customs office or, alternatively, the customs agent.

3. SHIPPING INFORMATION

3.1 Shipping Costs – ITALY

Shipments to Italy are made by courier chosen by JUNOZEST, are free throughout Italy, on amounts equal to or higher than 100 €, except for different specifications. As required by the laws governing trade, all JUNOZEST shipments are accompanied by an official invoice, or receipt, which declares the value of individual items in euros.

For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

3.2 Shipping Costs – ABROAD

Shipments abroad are made by courier chosen by JUNOZEST.

In countries belonging to the EU, orders whose value – in one transaction – exceeds € 300 are sent free of charge.

In non-EU countries orders whose value – in one transaction – exceeds 500 euros are sent free of charge. For shipments to Russia, the average delivery time is 15/20 working days. Should the customs hold the parcel for checks, delivery may require a longer time not attributable to JUNOZEST.

As required by the laws governing trade, all JUNOZEST shipments are accompanied by an official invoice, or receipt, which declares the value of individual items in euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

3.3 Shipping Date

Orders are sent from JUNOZEST, San Benedetto del Tronto, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays in Italy. Delivery times start from the moment the order is processed and includes the 72-hour period for shipments on national territory and 5 working days for international shipments, except for unforeseen events and force majeure events and / or not attributable to JUNOZEST (by way of example, non-exhaustive strikes), in which the order is prepared and then sent from our warehouse. We ask our Clients to note that this process may take longer during special periods such as during sales or during the holidays, when shipping orders can take up to 7 working days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the first following business day.

3.4 Available items: immediate shipment

Orders are shipped within three business days following the order in which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of bank details. The credit card will be debited on the day of shipment.

We wish to remind our Clients that the order must receive a final check from the bank: this means that the credit institute related to our business will try to contact your bank so that your details are confirmed and you can then proceed with the shipment.

This verification could cause some delay in shipping the first order.

To avoid delays in the order, you must ensure that the billing address is the same as the current account of the card and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card.

3.5 Order status

Customers can receive information on the status of their order through the shipping number communicated via e-mail by the courier used.

3.6 Insurance of shipment

JUNOZEST shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

Through the signature on delivery the responsibility of the goods passes to the purchaser. The person who signs, in fact, confirms the receipt of delivery of the package and is responsible for the package itself.

3.7 Authorized shipment of the shipment

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of receipt of the shipment. JUNOZEST packs are carefully packaged.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier’s office that made the delivery, and to contact JUNOZEST at the address info@junozest.com. If for any reason the shipment fails to be delivered successfully to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the expense of the customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by JUNOZEST.

Shipments destined outside the EU are subject to import taxes based on the internal regulation of each State also for the return of the goods to the sender.

The payment of these taxes is necessary to dispense the order from customs duties and are the exclusive responsibility and responsibility of the final Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by JUNOZEST.

3.8 Shipment stock

In case of non-delivery of the shipment, all the possible costs of deposit and storage, as determined by the courier chosen for shipping by JUNOZEST, are and will remain exclusively at the expense of the Customer. Any costs incurred in this sense by JUNOZEST – as a non-exhaustive example of the costs of deposit – will be subject to compensation with any sums due to the customer in case of return.

3.9 Documents for shipping

As required by international trade regulations, all JUNOZEST shipments are shipped from San Benedetto del Tronto with an official invoice, or fiscal receipt, which declares the exact value in Euro of the items shipped.

It is illegal to declare amounts lower than the current ones or to request that the articles be declared as gifts.

For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

For customers residing outside the European Union, the total of the final invoice, or fiscal receipt, is calculated by subtracting the Value Added Tax and adding, if necessary, the shipping costs.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

4.1 Returns

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The official procedure to follow in case of return is as follows:

The items must not have been worn.
To request the replacement of the garments, the Customer must send a written request to info@junozest.com within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to request the replacement of the goods.
In the return reason, the Customer must indicate the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: change of size, refund or purchase voucher. It is not possible to change the returned product with a different item.
Once the return request has been received, the JUNOZEST Customer Assistance Office will send the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization number, the address to which the parcel will be sent back. The Customer must write the Return Authorization number inside the package containing the goods to be returned.
The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent and packaged appropriately, with tamper proof packaging.
The return of the items must be received at the JUNOZEST headquarters within 14 (fourteen) days of the written confirmation from the Customer Assistance office.
Returns from non-EU countries must be sent via EMS – International Post Circuit – to facilitate the request for reintroduction in duty free regime.
JUNOZEST ensures that the items on the site comply with the images published therein and that all items, at the time of shipment, are inspected and sent after having found that they do not present obvious defects.

In the event that errors occur in shipments by JUNOZEST, it is required to follow the same instructions above.

JUNOZEST reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for apparently defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the same at their premises.

If the chiefs pass the inspections successfully, to JUNOZEST’s exclusive and unquestionable judgment, the latter will send the customer the items in return.

JUNOZEST does not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

JUNOZEST reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the conditions of the returned goods, establishing any additional charges necessary for the re-sale of the returned items.

JUNOZEST reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

JUNOZEST will not accept returns during the seasonal balance periods.

4.2 Change of size, refunds and purchase vouchers.

All returned items are inspected by JUNOZEST and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

JUNOZEST reserves the right to establish any additional charges necessary for the relocation of the returned items. These amounts will be established after an assessment of the conditions under which the items will be returned.

Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (Dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way.

If the returned items successfully pass the inspections, to the exclusive and unquestionable judgment of JUNOZEST, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from Customer Support.

If the Customer requests a size change to compensate for his return, he will receive the replacement items by shipping by JUNOZEST.

The exchange rates to compensate for the return of products whose amount is less than 50.00 euros for Italy and 150.00 euros for countries belonging to the European Community will not be made, but the Customer will be reimbursed for the amount related to the product returned and will have to place a new order to purchase the desired product.

It is possible to change only for a different size of the same item, if available. Only one goods change is required for each authorized return. It is not possible to change the garment with a different article.

If the Customer requests a refund from the JUNOZEST, the same will happen by crediting the credit card of the customer (if the same has paid by credit card) or bank transfer (if the customer has paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery) .

The crediting may be visible on the customer’s credit card statement or bank account after approximately 30 (thirty) days from the date of reimbursement. This timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card or other payment method used, depending on the timing of your bank.

It is not possible to control this process by the JUNOZEST.

If the Customer requests the issue of a purchase voucher as compensation for the return, the same will be valid for 30 (thirty) days and must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value. JUNOZEST reserves the right to convert the purchase voucher into a partial refund if not used within the limit of the reference season.

Returns received after the contractual terms may be accepted at the discretion of JUNOZEST and may only be reimbursed as a credit at our e-store.

4.3 Returns – Extra European Union

For packages returned from countries outside the European Community, compensation for the return will be limited to reimbursement only or to the issue of a purchase voucher. It is not possible to change the returned product with a different item, make a size or color change. Should the customer be interested in making a size change he will have to make an order from scratch.

If the Customer requests a refund from the JUNOZEST, the same will happen by crediting the credit card of the customer (if the same has paid by credit card) or bank transfer (if the customer has paid by bank transfer).

The crediting may be visible on the customer’s credit card statement or bank account after approximately 30 (thirty) days from the date of reimbursement. This timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card or other payment method used, depending on the timing of your bank. It is not possible to control this process by the JUNOZEST.

The shipping costs for the return of the items and any other relative amount such as local taxes, customs duties, import and / or customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund. The returned goods must be sent via EMS – International Postal Circuit – to JUNOZEST, Via A. Gramsci 27-27 / A, 63074 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) – Italy. This method of shipping facilitates JUNOZEST in the request for reintroducing duty-free, with a consequent reduction in customs duties to be supported, charged to the final refund of the return to the Customer. The Customer is obliged to attach the “Return Proforma Invoice” document, duly filled in, to the return shipment, available in paper format in the attached international documentation and can be downloaded in the “My orders” section of the personal profile.

We recommend to insure the shipment. The package containing the return travels at the risk of the customer, and therefore, JUNOZEST is not responsible for any loss, damage or delays in delivery to our warehouses.

5. SITE POLICY

5.1 Articles and images online

JUNOZEST declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer or screen used by the Customer or a malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site have slight differences compared to the original ones.

JUNOZEST also reports that, unlike what is shown in photos, some items (eg made with floral prints) may be subject to variations in print and size depending on the size selected.

The images contained on the JUNOZEST site are owned by JUNOZEST

Any use of such images, not authorized by a written consent by JUNOZEST, will be prosecuted according to law.

5.2 Availability of articles
